Yes, we've gotten pretty comfortable with the system now, and it's performing well. See some comments I made above in a reply to Ed Brown.
We are a bit concerned about contaminants in some locations, but are draining all fuel religiously, and so far have found little. We're a bit more uncomfortable landing with only 50 gallons on board, and have been landing with just under 100 gallons a side. We also monitor the aux tank guages carefully even after they've indicated empty and we've shut off the aux transfer switches, just to make sure that wing fuel is not feeding back into them. So far, so good.
